Spin Mix:
General/ Intermediate level - For People that want to take the next level on the Spin ladder.

Spin Advanced:
Advanced level for a tough workout. Test yourself with this tough Aerobic and Anaerobic tour.

Begin to Spin:
Shorter than the traditional Spin classes, at 30 minutes Begin to Spin is ideally suited to beginners or those spinning for the first time.

Kettlebells:
Kettlebells unlike traditional weights allow for higher repetition and more movement across your total body. They are ideal for weight loss, muscle toning, cardio-vascular and strength improvement.

Extreme Kettlebells: (Advanced)
Building on the traditional Kettlebell class, extreme introduces more advanced routines to continually develop your strength, power and toning goals.

Kettlebell Circuit:
Combines kettlebell exercises with a circuit training approach to target a full body workout with a greater emphasis on toning, strength & power building and a cardio focus.

Total Knockout:
Total Knockout is a great all over body conditioning class. Participants have their own punch bag which they kick and punch to high tempo music throughout this class.

TKO/Circuit:
This class takes the best bits from Cross Challenge and Total Knockout and fuses them into a very tough full body workout experience.

T.I.F: (Tummy Intense Friday)
Great way to finish the week with an intense Friday Abs class.

B.L.T: (Bums, Legs, Tummy)
As the name suggests this class focuses primarily on those major muscle groups to tighten, tone and sculpt.

Super Split:
Another very popular class with a full hour that is the instructors choice! The class is broke into two segments so you're getting a good variation and a great workout. So book in and be surprised every week.

Zumba Fitness:
ZUMBA..pronounced (ZOOM BA) is the Latin inspired, internationally dance based aerobic workout!!!

Zumba Gold:
Zumba gold takes the latin spirited dance class to a slower pace and is aimed at anyone looking for a fun workout at a reduced pace. Zumba Gold is ideally suited to beginners.  

Super Seniors:
Aimed at the 50+ age group, super seniors is a very popular class that incorporates gentle pilates exercises with relaxation techniques and all fitness levels are welcome to attend. 

Flex N'Core: (Advanced)
An advanced workout completed on a Swiss Ball, targeting those important postural muscles, the best piece of equipment to strengthen and tone those abs.

Core:
Using a combination of ground work and Swiss Ball training Core is a very popular class and recommended before stepping up to the more advanced Flex N'Core.

Aqua:
Workout in the water, non-weight bearing and lots of fun for everyone.

Abs:
15 minute of shaping, toning to help you on your way to a flat and strong tummy.

Extreme Abs:
Still 15 minutes of shaping and toning your abs with more advanced core positions incorporated to take Extreme Abs to a more advanced level.

Step Aerobics:

Cardio Workout, fun and energetic to suit all levels.

Body Shock:
An intense interval training class that (as the name suggests) targets the whole body.

  • Tai Chi: Fee applicable. It must be pre booked
