Spin Fitness:

General/ Intermediate level � For People that want to take the next level on the Spin ladder.

 

Spin Sport:

Advanced level for a tough workout. Test yourself with this tough Aerobic and Anaerobic tour.

Kettlebells:

Kettlebells unlike traditional weights allow for higher repetition and more movement across your total body. They are ideal for weight loss, muscle toning, cardio-vascular and strength improvement.

Total Knockout:

Total Knockout is a great all over body conditioning class. Participants have their own punch bag which they kick and punch to high tempo music throughout this class.

Zumba Fitness:

ZUMBA..pronounced (ZOOM BA) is the Latin inspired, internationally dance based aerobic workout!!!

Aqua Zumba:

Experience the phenomenon that is Zumba now adapted for a pool based workout. Dance your way to a fitter body with water based resistance fun routines

Boot Camp:

A physical challenge with lots of sit-ups, press ups, squats and tough core & cardio circuit training. Not for the faint hearted but a fantastic fat burning class.

Kick Fit:

An excellent cardio class with an emphasis on self-defence. Kick and punch your way to fitness with a total body workout in Kick Fit.

Body Reps:

Complete class done with light to medium resistance, ensuring a total body experience. A great class to get you pumped

Body Mix:

Complete body workout, with a mix of different workout. Always a new experience.

Core Stability:

Workout completed on a Swiss Ball, targeting those important postural muscles, the best piece of equipment to strengthen and tone those abs.

Aqua Attack:

Workout in the water, non-weight bearing and lots of fun for everyone.

 

Abs:

15 minute of shaping, toning to help you on your way to a flat and strong tummy.

Step Aerobics:

Cardio Workout, fun and energetic to suit all levels.
