Felda offer all new and existing members unlimited FREE fitness assessments. You’ll be taken to our consultation room where a qualified fitness instructor will measure your height, weight, body fat, body mass and blood pressure. You’ll be given an accurate aerobic bike fitness test and a discussion on your general health and well-being. From there a programme will be created to match your current fitness levels but help challenge you to reach your desired goal. Felda keep your results on file so we encourage all members to take a quarterly assessment to ensure you continue varying your programme and make continual improvements.
