NEW 6 WEEK MEDITATION COURSE WITH NATALIA
 
Natalia is starting a 6 week Meditation Course in our tranquil Yoga/ Pilates studio on Thursday 26th March starting at 7.30pm. Open to both members and non-members.
 
Life moves fast. Training, work, responsibilities, constant noise. Meditation gives you a rare chance to slow down, reset your nervous system, and come back stronger mentally and physically.
 
People join guided meditation for many reasons:
• Reduce stress and mental fatigue
• Improve sleep and recovery
