LES MILLS BODYCOMBAT
We are delighted to announce that we will be launching LES MILLS BODYCOMBAT in January 2019. This adds to our Les Mills BODYPUMP. As the only registered Les Mills registered facility in the North East you won’t be able to get these classes anywhere else. There are many imitations out there but Les Mills is the original and the industry leader.

This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. A LES MILLS™ instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.
BODYCOMBAT is available as either 55, 45 or 30-minute workout.
