Our ‘New Class Timetable’ launches on Monday 19th September. We have kept all your favorites and added some new classes for you to try out. New to the Timetable are
Animal Flow: This class combines ground-based movement with elements of various bodyweight-training disciplines to create a fun, challenging workout emphasizing on fluid movement. This class will help to increase mobility, flexibility, strength and endurance.
15 Mix: This class combines 3 classes into 1 in three 15 minute segments. This class will incorporate all types of fitness over the 45 minutes.
Step: An intense aerobics class using the Step. Step aerobics can burn from 30 – 60 % more calories than traditional aerobics with particular emphasis on hips, thighs, abdominals, and glutes.
Spin with Eugene: Eugene came in to cover for Aveen over the Summer and there was a great feedback from members on how much they enjoyed his classes. From that we have introduced a Saturday morning Spin with Eugene.
