Yoga for the Athlete:

Due to demand Laura is running a second ‘Yoga for the Athlete’ Course. This is a 6 week course and is open to both members and non members. The class caters for all levels from the Yoga newbie to the practising Yogi. The Monday night class booked out in a matter of minutes so would advise booking early to avoid disappointment.
