Laura is starting new ‘Yoga for the Athlete’ courses in February. These are 6 week courses and are open to both members and non members. Caters for all levels.
If one of your goals is to look after yourself, remain injury free, work on balance, flexibility, mobility strength & form, gain focus, develop body and breath awareness and control… Laura will hopefully see you on the yoga mat February 17th & 19th!!😁🙏
6 week blocks focusing on a different element each week, with a strong focus on injury management & prevention.
