Felda Health, Fitness & Spa is one of Dundalk's leading health clubs, offering a state-of-the-art gym equipped with the latest cardio machines, an extensive free weights area, and a dedicated functional training zone. Gym & Studio
Surrounding the swimming pool our gym suite boasts state-of-the-art equipment. Each piece of cardio-vascular equipment is individually fitted with its own 14” flat screen monitor, which has a choice of over nine TV and radio channels. Members can listen using individual audio headsets and be entertained while they exercise.
Felda Pool Area
As an invigorating start to the day, or maybe as a wind-down after an energetic work-out or busy day at the office, members can enjoy a few lengths in our magnificent 25 metre heated swimming pool. We also offer two Jacuzzi to lie back and relax in, or for a really deep cleanse, we offer a poolside steam room and sauna, ideal for easing aching muscles and refreshing the skin.
Très Belle Hair Designs
Tres Belle Hair Design, located within Felda, offers professional hair care treatments designed to leave hair looking and feeling its best. Their signature treatments include Therapeutic Healing Oil and Macadamia Healing Oil, both of which absorb weightlessly into the hair to infuse it with moisture, health, softness, and shine.
Rocksalt Coffee Dock
Located within Felda, the Rocksalt Coffee Dock & Snack Station is your grab-and-go stop for all-day deliciousness, whether you're working out or just passing through. From protein-packed post-workout shakes, made with a choice of high-quality protein powders and fresh add-ins like berries, banana, spinach and peanut butter, to hearty sandwiches and wraps such as the Chilli Chicken Wrap and The Reuben, there's something to fuel every stage of your visit.
Felda Beauty
Tucked away within Felda, our dedicated Beauty Salon offers a full menu of treatments designed to help you unwind, restore, and feel your best. From detoxifying body treatments like the Micronized Marine Algae Wrap to massage therapies ranging from Swedish and Aromatherapy to a deeply relaxing Hot Stone Body Massage, there's something to suit every kind of visit.

Felda Pool Area
There is something magical about the healing effect of water on our bodies physically and mentally. Remember our bodies are 60% water.

Working out in the water is also a great way to come back from a sports injury, recover from surgery, or maintain your fitness up while you’re waiting to get back to your usual weight-bearing sport, like running.
Low impact exercises including swimming are also ideal for pregnant women. Gentle aerobic exercise will maintain a good level of fitness which will help make labour and the subsequent busy time with a newborn easier to cope with.
