Bookings

  • We recommend you book well in advance for treatments to avoid disappointment
  • Cancellation Policy – a 100% charge will be incurred for ‘no shows’ or treatments not cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled treatment time
  • Group bookings will require 50% deposit or credit card details

Treatment Advice

  • To continue your salon experience at home most products used in our treatments are available to purchase or order at the spa reception.
  • Tanning – do not apply any creams, perfumes or deodorant and wear loose dark clothing. Don’t forget your flip-flops too.
  • Nails – for making gel polish appointments don’t forget to state if you have them on as it adds an extra 30mins to the appointment.
  • LVL Lashes – please ensure you don’t have any make-up on prior to treatment especially eye make-up. Avoid getting lashes wet for 24 hours. Avoid saunas, swimming and sunbeds.
  • Waxing/Tinting/HD Brows/LVL Lashes – all require a patch test 24 hours prior.

Our salon is designed for your total relaxation. We request that all visitors respect the privacy of other guests by speaking quietly. Please refrain from using mobile phones, smart devices or cameras in the salon.
